WELCOME TO MY WORLD 26: Nestled on the book shelf by the lounge window we spy a reversible picture frame tucked in amongst the novels. One side is a photo of my family at the South bank in London on my dad's 60th birthday (we saw 'The Lion King' and had a massive pizza lunch) and on the other side is a photo of me as a babber being held by my proud mum - whose arms must've been exhausted, judging by my mahoosive tubby bod!

WELCOME TO MY WORLD 24: Before we move on from the old-fashioned kitchen dresser, let's take a closer look at the lively teapot sitting on the place mats. Even on the dullest days, this little chap is colourful and cheerful, and always pleased to see us.

He also contains not tea, but small change - a rare commodity these days. A full pot of one and two pence pieces, saved up for a rainy day.

WELCOME TO MY WORLD 23: Returning to the kitchen, we find a lovely old kitchen dresser (gifted to us by our longtime friend @janemtaylor5) full of bananas and Polish crockery. Also, another gift from Jane, a huge clock which I used to (not very subtly) covet when it hung in her dining room in Battenburg Road, Leicester.
On the wall is an original artwork by me cynically entitled 'A Bitter Taste - or - Paradise Lost' which, being very anti-religious, I had oodles of fun painting.

WELCOME TO MY WORLD 22: Behold our OTHER 'aquatic bathmat' - this one with a huge print of my painting 'Ocean Life', depicting a rare (but real) orange lobster. As a quick aside, it's NOT a cooked lobster, and I absolutely deplore the vile practice of boiling and eating lobsters. The only pigment left in their carapace after they are boiled alive is coloured red, hence the reason everyone thinks that all lobsters are red.
If you were cooked alive, you'd probably be red too.
